WHAT DOES A HAND-CRAFTED HÄSTENS VIVIDUS BED FROM SWEDEN, A PRIVATE ITALIAN MARBLE SPA SUITE, AND A CUSTOM-MADE TREESSE MINIPOOL HAVE IN COMMON? They are all h n touchstones of the largest and most decadent suite at sea. Debuting in 2020 aboard the Seven Seas SplendorTM, The Regent Suite is reimagining the potential for pampering while cruising the globe. With plenty of bragging rights, this suite’s calling card is defined by out of the box and over the top.
THE REGENT SUITE
At 4,443 square feet, the two-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath Regent Suite sleeps up to six lucky guests and is 20 times larger than the average cruise ship stateroom. Expect plenty of space to do as you please, when you please, and always in the comfort of your floating headquarters.
EYE ON DESIGN
Concepted by Tillberg Design of Sweden, suite interiors feature exotic woods, handcrafted furnishings, plus Italian marble and golden chandeliers. Curated sculptures and rare works of art adorn the walls, while the master bedroom is adjacent to a separate sitting room with high-tech finishes. The guest bedroom reflects the master suite design, with a separate sitting area, walk-in closet, and private balcony. The showpiece, however, is the master bedroom’s custom-built Vividus bed from the acclaimed Hästens brand. Crafted by four master artisans (who spent 300 hours on an 18-month timeline) at the Hästens workshop in Köping, Sweden, the king-sized continental bed features a pinewood frame, steel springs, and layers of flax, horsetail hair, and cotton and wool batting.
IN SUITE SPA
The Regent Suite master bath and in-suite spa feature a floor-to-ceiling ocean-view shower, so you can spy the sea’s wildlife as you relax. What’s more, a custom-made Treesse minipool graces the front balcony, where you can toast the sunset with a glass of Veuve Clicquot.
Regent Suite guests have exclusive access to an additional private dining room every evening in The Study. Host a cocktail reception or dine on decadent dishes from the steak-inspired Prime 7, or the Seven Seas SplendorTM’s contemporary French restaurant, Chartreuse.
The Regent Suite comes with a car and driver for excursions in every port. The Head Butler serves as a dedicated personal assistant to Regent Suite guests and will coordinate spa services, daily activities, and dining whims.
