  • 1930 – $5.60
  • 1940 – $3.21
  • 1950 – $5.91
  • 1960 – $10.81
  • 1970 – $19.83
  • 1980 – $45.44
  • 1990 – $58.70
  • 2000 – $85.89
  • 2010 – $98.07
  • 2014 – $115.02 (Figures for 2015 will be available in mid-2016.)
