After the wonderful success of our inaugural LGBTQ departure, we’re thrilled to return and share even more of Priyan’s homeland with a select circle of friends ready for connection, culture, and joy.

This thoughtfully designed, nearly all-inclusive experience blends luxurious comfort with authentic local discovery. We’ll stay in some of the country’s finest hotels and boutique hideaways, enjoy private guided tours, savor exceptional cuisine, and travel in comfort every step of the way. With two expert hosts—Justin managing smooth logistics and Priyan welcoming you into the rich warmth of his culture—you’ll experience Sri Lanka not as a tourist, but as an honored guest.

Colombo: Our adventure begins in bustling Colombo, where family and friends will welcome us with open arms. Expect visits to beloved shopping destinations, including the talented tailors who crafted our wedding attire, the family jeweler trusted for generations, and some of Colombo’s finest dining spots.  We’ll also host a special farewell party in Colombo on the night of January 16.

Sigiriya & Kandy: Next, we head north to the Cultural Triangle—home to ancient ruins and stunning temples. With the help of private guides, we’ll immerse ourselves in Sri Lanka’s heritage. We’ll also enjoy an exciting wildlife safari where you can spot elephants and exotic animals in their natural habitat.

Tea Country: One of the world’s most picturesque train rides will take us through the lush Hill Country filled with rolling tea plantations. This serene landscape has become a personal favorite and promises to be a true highlight of our journey.

Weligama: We’ll conclude our trip on the beautiful southern coast, where the Indian Ocean’s tropical beaches await. This is Priyan’s family’s weekend escape and has grown into a hotspot for chic restaurants, boutique hotels, and breathtaking views. To save time, we’ll take a private charter flight down south instead of a long road trip.

Attached is a tentative itinerary outlining the trip’s highlights. In the coming months, I’ll collaborate with our local contacts in Sri Lanka to tailor the plan perfectly to our group’s interests. Plus, there will be plenty of downtime to relax and soak it all in.

• Nonrefundable first deposit: $1,500 USD per person (due at time of booking)
• Nonrefundable second deposit: $1,000 USD per person (due June 1, 2026)

International Air Travel: Flights to Sri Lanka are not included. I’m happy to help you find the best itineraries and pricing and assist with any travel extensions in Sri Lanka, the Maldives, or nearby regions. Plan to arrive in Colombo anytime on January 6, 2027, with departures from Colombo on January 16, 2027. Flights often leave at odd hours (1am-5am), but rest assured any timing will work.   Air travel usually opens for booking approximately 11-months prior to travel.

Meals: Most meals are included, featuring a delightful mix of fine dining, local eateries, and private home dinners. Please notify us of any dietary needs so we can accommodate you.

Accommodations: We will be staying in a hand selected collection of the some of the very best hotels of Sri Lanka.  This ranges from stylish city accommodations, to small family owned luxury boutique hotels and private villas. A full hotel listed will be provided in the future so you can get familiar with our fabulous accommodations.
