Diana Kennedy

Spend a day learning the culture and flavors of Mexican cooking from this spunky author of nine foundational books on the cuisines of Mexico. Often called the "Julia Child of Mexico" she is not reserved about her strong preferences--like for real cream and genuine cinnamon--and you will find no non-stick pans in her kitchen! This delicious day with a "culinary anthropologist" will one enjoyed by all.
