I've used other travel agents in the past but not ONE of them ever gave us the level of services provided by Brad and Eric From our initial contact, Brad proved to be an attentive listener and paid close attention to our travel wants and needs. He followed through on every step and met each commitment early. He handled every travel detail. One of the features I most appreciated was the detailed itinerary portfolio, print as well as on an App. In one place, I had all the information I could ever think of needing. Brad was always quick to respond, gave us options and discussed the pros and cons of each so we felt fully informed. They put together a travel package within our budget, with no pressure to add upgrades or excursions. We had the honor of traveling with Brad and Eric on a trip to Rome and then onto a cruise on the APEX for Celebrity Cruises. This was hands down the most amazing trip we have had yet! The personalized, detailed service from both of them was A+! All my questions were answered immediately as they have thought of everything from where to park to where to eat to hotels, tours etc.

I highly recommend using them on any trips. I have them working on our next trip and will be customers for life. Thank you Brad and Eric for the trip of a lifetime and a much-needed relaxing time away from our business without any cares in the world as you provided excellent service!

Had the trip of a lifetime with Brad and Eric and several other companions on the APEX! I hated to come back to work after being pampered by the cruise employees. The sites we got to see were absolutely amazing. We went to Cyprus, Israel, Greece, Turkey. Seeing the ruins was my favorite. Knowing that we walked in places Jesus walked gave me the chills. I highly recommend this cruise to anyone. You will not be disappointed. We used the spa on the ship and Aneta had amazing hands that massaged my cares away. Of course since we got to travel with Brad and Eric the owners of Anywhere Anytime Journeys it made our trip more exciting. They are extremely attentive and detailed guys. Love them both!

Brad and Eric were great to work with. We won our cruise through a local radio station. What we were told was different from what it was supposed to be so it was a little rocky starting. Once we scheduled an appointment and walked in their office, everything changed. Eric was very informative, friendly and very comforting. We sat down with Brad and told him what our likes vs dislikes and what we really wanted was. He worked on meeting our requests for a couple of weeks. Then we got a call with the perfect cruise vacation! All of our wants were met and more. In fact, on our cruise, we booked another one for them to work on for us! Great place to work with! Recommend to anyone, go to Rantoul and meet with them to get the knowledge and atmosphere you deserve!! Thanks Brad and Eric!!

It was a great experience working with Brad. We were very pleased with his recommendations and the time and effort he put in to helping us plan a vacation on short notice. If you are planning to travel, Brad is your go-to. He did an amazing job getting our trip to Italy all worked out. He met with us, listened to what we wanted to do/see, and made it happen and then some. Our trip was all organized and scheduled so all we had to do was enjoy our vacation. Don't think that once you have it booked, he's done...one of our return flights was cancelled by the airline, so I sent Brad a quick email and he had us on another flight within an hour. I highly recommend Anywhere Anytime Journeys and will definitely be using them for future travel.

Anywhere Anytime Journeys is the best travel agency that we have ever used. We asked Brad to come up with options for a trip to Alaska. He did not disappoint! The trip he planned was over and beyond our wildest expectations! Every detail was planned, including air travel, various planes, train and busses. We received a printed in-depth itinerary as well as a digital copy. Directions and connections were all very complete. We have recommended Brad and Eric to numerous other people from all over the United States, as they are capable of planning trips no matter where you live. The service was extremely personal.
